The causes of premature ejaculation often include anxiety, fear stress, or discomfort with your partner. It is less likely to occur if the couple comfortable with one another and the setting.

Here are some techniques and ideas to help control premature ejaculation:
- Start-Stop Technique: Stimulate the penis until near ejaculation, and then stop stimulating. When you approach your point of no return, stop.
